Withdrawal

You can return part or all of the goods you ordered through our online store within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of their receipt and after first being informed by telephone or in writing via mail. The cost of returning the products is borne by the buyer. In the event that our company is responsible for the change/return of the product, then we bear the cost of return.

The products intended for return should:

Be in original delivery condition, sealed as received.

They must not have been used.

To be mailed for return by the recipient of the product no later than fourteen (14) calendar days.

There must have been previous telephone or written communication.

Must be accompanied by the original document.

Returns of counterfeit products once delivered by the carrier will not be accepted. Check the products and sign for their integrity.

Toiletries are not returnable.

Cancellations

Your order can be canceled at any time as long as it has not been shipped. Cancellation is done by phone or email. The amount is returned in full and without any charge to the customer. The refund is made either through a bank or through a credit card. If you are not in time and your order is shipped, then the product return case applies.

If you have paid by credit/debit card and wish to cancel your transaction and since the products have not been sent to you, you must inform us immediately within 24 hours of the purchase order, by e-mail or by phone 2100100140, 2104839791 to immediately refund the amount charged to your credit/debit card.
