 operates an online store active in the field of health equipment, covering hospitals, clinics and pharmacies. Acceptance of the terms listed below makes the buyer responsible for reading and understanding the agreement they accept. For any question and clarification of shipping, payment and warranty terms, fasmamed.gr bears no responsibility if not asked by the buyer.

2. SPECIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

All available products meet European standards as defined by Greek and European legislation. The technical characteristics and other elements of the available products are defined by the respective manufacturing company. The buyer is responsible for informing him about the exact specifications and technical characteristics of the products available. The posting of information and technical characteristics on fasmamed.gr is done with every reservation and is in accordance with the information published by each manufacturer for its product.

 3. APPLICABLE LAW

fasmamed.gr has its headquarters in Moschato, Greece and therefore all the transactions you carry out through our online store are governed by International and European law that regulates issues related to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, PD 131/2003) as well as by the Consumer Protection Law (L. 2251/1994) which regulates issues related to distance sales.

4. ORDERING AND SHIPPING

People over the age of 18 have the right to order. In case of false or altered information, fasmamed.gr bears no responsibility and charges the buyer with the shipping costs of the item.

The order is valid after completing the required fields in the online order form of fasmamed.gr. In order to complete the process, it is deemed necessary to read and understand the terms of use as well as to accept them. Partial or total cancellation or change of the order can only be done after fasmamed.gr has been informed in time by phone 2100100140 or email (info@fasmamed.gr) before receiving the item from the distribution company. In any other case, the buyer bears the shipping costs to and from the store, according to the price list of the cooperating distribution company. In the event of an error in the product inventory, fasmamed.gr will immediately inform the buyer so that his order can be canceled or modified.

The posted prices of the products on fasmamed.gr are always in an easy-to-read position near each product. Prices may change without notice from fasmamed.gr as the company deems necessary. The prices include VAT (24%-13%-6%). By confirming the order, the buyer finalizes that he will receive the product at the price he accepted even if the price of the product is modified in the future. In the event of an error in the price of the product, fasmamed.gr will immediately inform the buyer and reserves the right to cancel the order.

6. RETURN OF PRODUCTS – RETURN OF PURCHASE

Applies to remote purchases only and not to merchandise delivered to our store.

The consumer has the right to withdraw, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods in case the product does not meet the specifications he ordered (technical characteristics, model, color). Then:

a) He returns the goods, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which he notified the supplier of his decision to withdraw from the contract and bears the cost of returning the goods.

ATTENTION: A necessary condition is that the products are sealed in their factory packaging and without any traces of treatment

fasmamed.gr is obliged to return the sums paid by the consumer without charge and without unjustified delay and in any case within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which the product

returned to fasmamed.gr (Address: Dimitsanas 1, Moschato).
